Gordon has significant experience in acting as the Hong Kong legal adviser of issuers on their initial public offerings on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange. He represents clients across a broad range of general corporate and commercial matters, including: mergers and acquisitions, business sales and purchases, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, private placements, corporate re-organisations, due diligence investigations, and regulatory and compliance.

Gordon also has extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution. He advises on a broad range of contentious issues including claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and shareholder disputes.
